The Lantana Package

With The Lantana Package you will get all the essentials you need for your wedding here at Daughter’s Barn.

One-Day Package:

Available Fri, Sat or Sunday depending on availability

Fridays 9am-10pm

Saturdays 9am-10pm

Sundays 9am-8pm

Facilities:

  • On-site parking for your guests and vendors 

  • Venue Manager & Daughters Barn Staff on-site throughout the event

  • Choice of two ceremony sites: Outdoor Field or Inside Barn (great option in case of weather)

  • Handcrafted Arbor in Outdoor Field Location

  • Wooden Bench Seating provided for Ceremony Outside

  • 3 Restroom facilities 

(toilet paper, paper towels & hand soap are included)

  • Twenty 9 ft. light pinewood farm tables indoors (2 for food buffets)

  • Forty 9 ft. light pinewood benches

  • Outdoor fire pit 

(must be managed by Daughter’s Barn at Cedar Ridge, LLC)

  • Outside Yard Games

  • Indoor & Outdoor lighting

  • Four Large trash receptacles 

(maintained by Daughter’s Barn at Cedar Ridge, LLC)

  • Head Table / Sweetheart Table 

  • Cake Table

  • Set up of all tables, chairs, & benches

  • Wooden 4x6 ft rollable wagon for hors d’oeuvres or favors

  • Clean Up during and after your event: trash pickup, clearing tables, cleaning floor, and décor. We do NOT handle any Catering table food cleanup

  • Seating for 120 is always set up in the barn. We bring in more farm tables as needed. Our max capacity is 180 and may limit dancing space.

Planning, Coordination & Decor

  • Two, 1-hour visits with Wendy at the Barn prior to your wedding 

Includes decor and styling advice, and phone & email communications with Wendy prior to your event

  • Ceremony Walk-Through 

(needs to be scheduled Sun. – Thurs.)

  • Bridal Cottage, stay tuned for our next build on property

(access begins at 9:00 a.m. on the wedding day)

  • Decor Usage: we have over 500 square feet of stunning and high quality wedding decor to fit your style, whatever it may be.

  • Decor Setup: during your planning meeting with Wendy, you may choose the decor items you would like to use for your wedding. Our team will then set up the venue and your decorations prior to your wedding or event.  

  • Wedding Director:

Our day-of director is a service that we make available as a service to you for the day of your wedding. A wedding coordinator or planner is required if you are getting married at Daughters Barn. If you are working with an outside planner, please let Wendy know at your first meeting and share your planner’s contact information with her.

This is not optional. You must have a wedding director, either someone you have hired independently or our in-house director.

What the Daughters Barn Wedding Director Can Provide:

  • One 60-minute consultation prior to your wedding 

  • 45-minute Ceremony Rehearsal coverage

  • 6 hours of assistance on the day of the wedding

    • Direct bridal party and ushers during the ceremony

    • Direct bridal party for the reception entrance

    • Provide cues during the ceremony

    • Coordinate with DJ for specific songs/dances

  • Wedding Day Timeline from the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception

  • Pack up the guest book, gifts/cards and give to the bride's family

  • Assist with send-off

Bartending: 

Our in-house bartenders can be hired as an add-on service for your event. We love our bartenders and know that you will too. Our in-house options make it easy and effortless for you to provide beverages for your guests. No outside bartending services are permitted unless it’s a service cleared by Wendy

For parties of more than 120 guests, an additional bartender may be necessary. Please speak with Wendy at your walk-through if you are expecting 120+ guests.
